The hotel's proximity to the beach and the excellent tram system for easy access to the city center. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were great.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Playa Marz shopping centre, making it easy to explore and shop. it is near the excellent tram system, allowing easy access to Alicante town centre. The San Juan beach, which is not far from the hotel, offers a magnificent view and a great place to relax.
Some rooms may be in need of renovation, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

We had a great time staying here! The location was perfect, close to some lovely beaches and in a great residential area. The service was excellent, and the room amenities were impressive - we felt very comfortable here. The pool area was spacious and well-maintained, and we enjoyed relaxing and sunbathing. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The pool at Port Alicante City & Beach was a fantastic feature and the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink from the pool bar. The buffet breakfast in the mornings was delicious, especially with the variety of fresh fruit available. The hotel room was clean, very spacious, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel was also great, with access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
